We are a family-run business based in South Essex and have been established for over 30 years. We are fully insured (both for cleaning and public liability). We use a top of the range hot water extraction cleaning machine, providing you with a quality, professional and premium clean.

When you speak to us, let us know that after your clean you want to claim our ‘FREE spot and stain removal’ voucher;
After you have had your carpet(s) and/or upholstery cleaned, you will receive a spot and stain removal voucher valid for one year!

Terms and conditions

You must live in our catchment area – this includes (in alphabetical order): Benfleet, Billericay, Brentwood, Burnham On Crouch, Chelmsford, Hockley, Hornchurch, Hutton, Maldon, Rayleigh, South Woodham Ferrers, Southend On Sea, Thorpe Bay, Upminster, Wickford. If you are unsure whether your area qualifies, then please do not hesitate to get in touch.
To qualify for the offer, you must have your carpet(s) and/or upholstery cleaned by Careclean
Before booking in this clean, a Careclean representative will need to visit your home to take a look at the carpet/upholstery you want cleaning. We will be able to advise you on any problem areas. We will also let you know whether you need to move any furniture on the day of the clean. This visit is standard procedure for any job we book. As well as assessing your cleaning needs, we will also run through the other services we offer.
You must contact us between 12th-16th April to claim this offer. However it is fine if the quote or clean takes place outside of these dates.
The spot and stain removal visit is only valid for the carpet or upholstery that you had cleaned when you were issued with the voucher.
To book in your spot and stain removal visit, call our office on 01245 323989 and mention your voucher.
When we complete the spot and stain removal visit, we will just clean the area with the spill or stain, not the entire carpet/upholstery.
We can’t guarantee to remove all stains, but can advise you on the likely cleaning outcome before we start.
