Here are the steps we include in every rug clean:
1. PRE-WASH INSPECTION
Each rug is inspected for any pre-existing conditions. This is because soil often covers up dye lot variations (abrash), fibre staining, prior dye bleeding, worn areas or white knots that become ‘uncovered’ after the wash. Some of these are weaving characteristics (abrash and white knots), and others are damage that can possibly be repaired or reversed.
2. CLEANING
The rug is cleaned in your workplace on a protective sheet with our high powered truck-mounted cleaning system. As a result, in the majority of cases, the rug’s colours will be enhanced and it will feel softer and higher quality too.
3. PROTECTOR
