Should you clean or replace your carpet? It’s a common question we get asked. Today’s blog will give you our honest advice on whether it’s time to replace your carpet or whether it just needs a clean.
Clean or replace your carpet?
It’s looking a little worse for wear, but you are undecided whether to clean or replace your carpet? In most cases it’s much cheaper and less hassle to have your carpets cleaned. However there are some cases where we would recommend you replacing your carpet(s).
Generally we advise that if your carpet is visibly worn or damaged then replacing it might be the best option, as cleaning will do little to help this. Similarly if you have ground in stains that won’t budge, again it might be time to replace the carpet.
…but how do I know if the stains are going to come out?
Before completing any cleaning, Careclean like to visit your home to have a good look at your carpets/upholstery. We then will recommend a cleaning package that’s appropriate to your carpets and your needs. For example…
