So to recap from the video – here is an update on our latest cleaning operations:
If you have received a letter from the government telling you to self isolate/shield OR one of your household has symptoms, unfortunately we cannot come out to you.
However for anyone else, we can most likely come to clean for you. We will be closely adhering to government guidelines, and as a result the following will apply:
- We will maintain the 2m social distancing guidelines. Once you’ve let us in, you can leave us to it while you get on with your day.
- As much as we love a good cup of tea and a biscuit, we cannot accept any refreshments from yourselves at this time.
- If we need to use your bathroom, we will use our own towel and also wipe surfaces down after.
As a little incentive, the first 20 people that book work with us (referencing this email/video) will receive a bottle of our Virus and Bacteria Eliminator Spray/Hand Sanitiser completely free of charge (usually charged at £12 a bottle).

Finally, if you are in the vulnerable category or you would prefer to wait for a while before booking a clean, we are compiling a list of people to phone once restrictions have been lifted further.
